Off-Site Manufacturing: Thurrock & Crowborough

About Prater Posted by Prater on November 20th 2015

Off-site manufacturing is now a critical component to the successful construction of our buildings. It enables us to provide better quality solutions for each individual project.

Furthermore, with a greater certainty of cost, faster delivery and assembly of key project elements and reduced time spent on-site – off-site manufacturing is overall a much more sustainable and logistically sensible approach to construction.

Here, Head of Fabrications, Paul Casterton and Production Manager, Richard Hamer explain the off-site capabilities of our Thurrock and Crowborough facilities, and how a strong working collaboration with the design and operation teams can increase productivity prior to installation on site.
