We recently held a company raffle to raise funds for the Dorking Nursery School & Children’s Centre as well as Friends of Brooklands School. Both are extremely worthwhile causes – and our thanks go to all our colleagues and key suppliers who participated.
Dorking Nursery School & Children’s Centre houses a number of services and activities for local families, including drop-in sessions, health clinics and adult learning, as well as early learning for children ages 2-5 years.
Friends of Brooklands School (FOBS) help to raise vital funds for Brooklands School, for children with severe or profound as well as multiple learning difficulties, providing specialist teaching and facilities for children aged 2-11 years.
Gavin Hamblett, Managing Director, said: “Thanks to the generosity of our staff, we are delighted to have raised £1051.50 for each of our chosen charities. We would also like to thank our suppliers for the kind donations of raffle prizes, which helped to make this a hugely successful event in aid of two wonderful causes.”
